Job Opportunity

Our team is responsible for supporting global field sales teams and external Marketplace vendors. We aim to deliver urgent, transparent, and accurate results. Key Responsibilities:
  • • Lead a team of specialists in executing operational processes that support the sales organization globally as a shared service. • Work directly with marketplace partners and provide support to internal stakeholders. • Ensure team members achieve and exceed internal KPIs. • Partner with content managers and business process analysts to create and maintain process documentation. • Handle internal escalations and expedite problem resolution. • Maintain operational reporting and delivery of executive updates. • Train and onboard new team members. • Drive ongoing improvement of related processes and systems. Requirements:
  1. • Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across organizational boundaries. • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. • Ability to join video chats daily to support stakeholders, peers, management, customers, and partners. • Demonstrated ability to problem solve in complex situations with minimal guidance. • Team player. • Proficiency in using sales service desk tools. • Quoting/billing/vendor management background in a B2B or B2C setting.
