Operations Automation Specialist

This is a key role in our organization, focused on automating processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with experience in workflow automation, systems integration, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with operations teams to identify automation opportunities and design workflows.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n, ensuring efficient and reliable execution across multiple business systems.
  • Connect and synchronize Airtable, Microsoft ecosystem tools, JIRA, Basecamp, and other SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.
  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations to streamline data handling, reporting, and operational dashboards.
  • Monitor automated workflows, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance for reliability and scalability.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with n8n workflow automation (must-have).
  • Strong proficiency in Airtable (schemas, formulas, automations, API integration).
  • Skilled in Power Automate and Power Query for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations.
Professional Background:
  • 2-4+ years of experience in operations automation, systems integration, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business processes into automated workflows.
