We are seeking a seasoned Continuous Improvement Manager who will spearhead our efforts to drive operational excellence and quality enhancements across the organization.
This role is perfect for an individual with 3 years of experience in process improvement and continuous improvement within a BPO setting, driving operational efficiency and quality enhancements. A Bachelor's Degree is required, along with certification in Lean Six Sigma, demonstrating expertise in process optimization and quality improvement methodologies.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Management- Drive improvement projects/activities across the vertical to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Redesign processes to suit the improvement plan, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Work closely with operations teams to collect data and assess the current situation, identifying areas for improvement.
- Network with other experts to exchange learnings and best practices both internally and externally, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Develop and execute key process excellence & digital transformational project roadmaps for aligned businesses, ensuring strategic alignment and maximum impact.
- Interact with clients to understand key business priorities and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide innovative leadership driving quality and performance, empowering teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Direct the identification of gaps and improvement in various processes, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure the use of problem-solving and root cause analysis where necessary, driving informed decision-making.
- Deploy Lean Six Sigma framework to improve process performance, streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.
- Lead VSM and problem-solving workouts with aligned businesses, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and audit deployed processes for effectiveness and efficiency, making data-driven decisions to drive business impact.
- Handle and resolve inconsistencies within teams as they arise, fostering open communication and constructive dialogue.
- Conduct quality meetings, expanding training knowledge through seminars and staying up-to-date on current quality issues.
- Develop and train analysts through coaching, providing work guidance and motivation, including counseling for disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Communicate account overall process improvement performance to business heads, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Provide continuous improvement of processes and systems, driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct process improvement plans and quality communication with clients handled, operations, and training management, ensuring seamless execution.
- Design and implement reports to establish patterns and trends of quality issues as they may arise, informing business decisions.
- Able to provide quantifiable data to all quality judgments made, driving informed decision-making.
- Conduct Lean Six Sigma trainings and certification programs, empowering teams to develop new skills and knowledge.
- Perform tasks assigned by immediate heads, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities.
