Operational Excellence Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong operational expertise, with a proven track record of streamlining processes and driving continuous improvement within high-performing teams.

As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing strategic plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining operational frameworks that enable teams to work efficiently and effectively
  • Establishing a culture of continuous improvement through effective mechanisms such as training, coaching, and post-mortem facilitation
  • Improving, optimizing, and standardizing processes by identifying, assessing, and documenting core business processes in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Audit and compliance support by ensuring processes are properly documented, implemented, and monitored
  • Supporting performance tracking and reporting by monitoring and reporting on company-wide KPIs using dashboards and data insights
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or Science, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles, preferably within the IT or software industry
  • Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools, such as A3, Root Cause Analysis, Dynamic Work Design, and Toyota Production System
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and design efficient, scalable solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
Nice to Have
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with project management practices and tools
