Senior Accounting Professional

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Tax Accountant to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for preparing accurate financial statements, working papers, and tax returns in compliance with Australian Taxation Office (ATO) regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Utilize your expertise to prepare accurate financial statements, working papers, and tax returns in accordance with ATO guidelines.
  • Accounting Software: Leverage your knowledge of accounting software to manage financial accounts and tax returns.
  • Data Management: Ensure the secure management of client data and documentation using OneDrive and Outlook.
  • Excel Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Tax Expertise: Provide expert advice and troubleshooting on tax-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: Possess CPA, CA, or tax-specific qualifications.
  • Experience: Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Australian tax accounting.
  • Software Proficiency: Be proficient in Xero accounting software, Xero Practice Manager, OneDrive, Outlook, and Excel for reporting and data management.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
