Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Technology Strategist to oversee our technology operations and ensure alignment with business goals. As the head of IT, you will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, security, and teams to implement innovative solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and vendor management. They will also have expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, data management, and IT governance.

As a leader, you will empower and train direct reports to manage systems and tasks independently. You will conduct regular team meetings, set hiring goals, and maintain a skills matrix.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in IT infrastructure, systems, and security.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring IT teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and enterprise software solutions.
  • Expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, data management, and IT governance.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or similar.
