Job Title:

Director of Tax Operations

Job Summary:

The Director of Tax Operations will oversee the automation of tax operations and reporting in a dynamic, global environment. This role is crucial in shaping the company's tax strategy and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tax Technology & Compliance Automation and Integration: The Director of Tax Operations will lead the evaluation and implementation of technology-enabled processes to automate direct and indirect tax compliance across the company's global footprint.
  • Group Tax Reporting - Technical Oversight (US GAAP): The Director of Tax Operations will act as the technical lead on Group tax reporting matters under US GAAP, including current and deferred tax accounting and tax disclosures.
  • Platform & Digital Business Tax Strategy: The Director of Tax Operations will provide strategic and technical tax support for the company's digital and platform-based business models.
Requirements:
  • ACA, CTA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in international tax and tax reporting.
  • Proven experience leading the automation of tax compliance processes across direct and indirect tax types.
