Job Title: Chief Financial Strategist

As a seasoned finance professional, you will play a crucial role in driving corporate treasury strategy and key initiatives for the organization. You will partner with senior leaders to develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Management
  • Oversee daily liquidity and cash disbursement management to ensure timely payments and optimize working capital.
  • Monitor and manage credit facilities to minimize risk and maximize returns.
  • Forecast cash flow positions of business units and related borrowing needs for project financing and CAPEX requirements.
  • Oversee short-term cash placements and investments to maximize returns and minimize risk.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and complete all necessary documentation.
  • Prepare reports and proposals for cash management improvement, including risk control measures.
  • Loans Management
  • Ensure compliance with loan covenants and reportorial requirements.
  • Support corporate borrowing activities to meet business objectives.
  • Banking Relations
  • Interface with lenders and creditors to secure financing for the organization and its subsidiaries.
  • Maintain positive relationships with bankers, lenders, and creditors.
  • Other Related Tasks
  • Assist senior leaders in developing and implementing financial goals, policies, priorities, and procedures.
  • Attend to other tasks and projects as assigned by senior leaders.

Requirements:

  • College graduate with a degree in finance or a related field.
  • Master's degree in finance or a related field is an advantage but not required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or a related field.
  • Working knowledge and experience of budgeting, financial modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge in MS Office, particularly strong background in MS Excel.
