Job Title: Chief Financial Operations Officer

Overview

The Chief Financial Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing the preparation, verification, and allocation of accounts payable in QuickBooks.

  • Process withholding tax payables in EFPS
  • Conduct bank reconciliations
  • Produce error-free accounting reports and analyze financial information to summarize the company's financial status
  • Provide technical support to the Controller and Payroll Master
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
  • Participate in the financial setting and forecast process
  • Prepare financial statements and assist with tax audits and tax returns
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP Principles
  • Manage filing of contracts, agreements, and insurance policies
  • Oversee fixed assets inventory management
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior accountant
  • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Awareness of business trends
  • Familiarity with financial accounting statements
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
  • Relevant certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) preferred
