The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a vital role within an organization, serving as a strategic partner to the executive team. This individual plays a pivotal part in the company's success by providing financial guidance and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth and sustainability.
  • Offer expert advice on cost control, tax efficiency, and overall policy compliance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, adhering to regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks while optimizing profitability and cash flow.
  • Assume Corporate Treasurer duties, including attending board meetings and signing official documents.
  • Establish and monitor internal controls, overseeing periodic internal and external audits.
  • Support executive leadership in major business decisions, investments, and policy direction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting, with at least 2-3 years in a management position.
  • Familiarity with local tax laws, BIR/SEC compliance, and general corporate governance.
  • Strong working knowledge of financial systems, internal controls, and budget management.
  • Effective communication skills to support executive leadership in financial decision-making.
  • Experience in a mid-sized company or professional services/IT consulting industry preferred.
