We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to assume the role of Chief Financial Officer.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of corporate financial law, accounting principles and financial modeling. They will have 8–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably including time as a CFO or VP of Finance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Directing all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and treasury
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Providing accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management and the board of directors
  • Managing cash flow, capital structure, and financing strategies to support business operations and expansion
  • Overseeing financial audits, tax filings, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills. They will have experience working with executive teams and boards, including investor relations if applicable.
