Job Description

As a Tax Officer, you will play a vital role in identifying and analyzing various aspects of the company's operations and applicable tax criteria. This involves collaborating with external and internal parties to ensure timely resolutions of tax issues.

  • Support the team in developing and maintaining contact with external and internal parties to resolve tax-related issues.

  • Provide guidance to Finance, Accounting, and Operating departments on tax compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities as a Tax Officer include:

  1. Partner with the Tax Compliance Team to manage tax risks and improve tax-related processes.

  2. Help implement corrective actions to address audit findings and collate tax liabilities in coordination with the Treasury Department.

  3. Ensure compliance with tax and other reportorial requirements set by regulatory agencies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing paces in tax reporting requirements.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Advanced Excel skills.
