  • We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Territory Manager to join our team at AutoLube Lubricants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IDentify and prospect new sales opportunities within your territory

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business

  • Presentation of our product range and services effectively to clients, highlighting the unique benefits of our lubricants

  • Negotiation and closing of sales deals in a professional and consultative manner

  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer queries or issues

  • Maintenance of accurate records of all sales activity and pipeline data

  • Contribution to the development of sales strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the lubricants or automotive industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets

  • A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to work independently

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools

  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
