Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Territory Manager to join our team at AutoLube Lubricants.
Key Responsibilities:
IDentify and prospect new sales opportunities within your territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
Presentation of our product range and services effectively to clients, highlighting the unique benefits of our lubricants
Negotiation and closing of sales deals in a professional and consultative manner
Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer queries or issues
Maintenance of accurate records of all sales activity and pipeline data
Contribution to the development of sales strategies and initiatives
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the lubricants or automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients
Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to work independently
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
