Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Department Head, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

  • This role involves facilitating billing for payments, coordinating with site personnel, and maintaining confidentiality of records/documents.

  • The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in computer applications.

Key Responsibilities

Administering office works under the Department Head:

  • Consolidate documents under the department.

  • Coordinate with Site Personnel and other concerned offices.

  • Set up meeting venues for the department head.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep/maintain confidentiality of records/documents.

  • Maintain orderliness (arranges & monitors an orderly & systematic filing system) & cleanliness in the work area.

  • Reviews, summarize & encodes/logs incoming documents for signing and outgoing document for easy tracking.

  • Ensure correction and checks veracity of documents for signing of the Department Head.

Qualifications

A. Education

  • Graduate in any Bachelors Degree.

B. Relevant Work Experience

  • Three (3) years relevant experience as admin assistant/staff or other related jobs.

C. Skills

  • Excellent in oral and written communication.

  • Good customers service.

  • Computer literate.
