We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Department Head, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
This role involves facilitating billing for payments, coordinating with site personnel, and maintaining confidentiality of records/documents.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in computer applications.
Administering office works under the Department Head:
Consolidate documents under the department.
Coordinate with Site Personnel and other concerned offices.
Set up meeting venues for the department head.
Responsibilities:
Keep/maintain confidentiality of records/documents.
Maintain orderliness (arranges & monitors an orderly & systematic filing system) & cleanliness in the work area.
Reviews, summarize & encodes/logs incoming documents for signing and outgoing document for easy tracking.
Ensure correction and checks veracity of documents for signing of the Department Head.
A. Education
Graduate in any Bachelors Degree.
B. Relevant Work Experience
Three (3) years relevant experience as admin assistant/staff or other related jobs.
C. Skills
Excellent in oral and written communication.
Good customers service.
Computer literate.
