Key Responsibilities:
  1. Office Operations:
  • Coordinate day-to-day office activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Oversee the management of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Vendor Relationships:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services.
Employee Experience:
  • Plan and execute employee engagement events, team-building activities, and workplace initiatives.
  • Manage employee communications, feedback, and concerns.
Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and other teams as needed.
  • Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and timekeeping.
Property Management:
  • Manage Airbnb properties, bookings, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest experience.
  • Implement marketing strategies to enhance property occupancy and reputation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
