Senior Executive-Capability Development Role Overview

Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the department, including documentation, tracking, and reporting of all training programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training databases and create relevant reports.
- Ensure the safekeeping of all training records and surveys.
- Organize, maintain, retrieve, and secure all training documents, records, and reports, including attendance sheets, training summaries, incident reports, coaching logs, and more.
- Update and maintain soft copies of all training databases.
- Monitor and track attendance records, including trainees, and act as a single point of contact for attendance-related concerns.
- Analyze summary data from evaluation and completion trackers and submit consolidated reports to stakeholders on a weekly basis.
- Coordinate with the IT Department to automate learning and development databases.
- Prepare fortnightly attendance records summaries for Timekeeping and serve as a point of contact for attendance-related inquiries.
- Coordinate and prepare materials and equipment needed for training sessions.
- Manage training logistics, including requisitioning, procuring, inventorying, safekeeping, and delivering necessary resources.
- Organize, reproduce, file, and safely store training records and hard documents.
