Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the department, including documentation, tracking, and reporting of all training programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training databases and create relevant reports.
  • Ensure the safekeeping of all training records and surveys.
  • Organize, maintain, retrieve, and secure all training documents, records, and reports, including attendance sheets, training summaries, incident reports, coaching logs, and more.
  • Update and maintain soft copies of all training databases.
  • Monitor and track attendance records, including trainees, and act as a single point of contact for attendance-related concerns.
  • Analyze summary data from evaluation and completion trackers and submit consolidated reports to stakeholders on a weekly basis.
  • Coordinate with the IT Department to automate learning and development databases.
  • Prepare fortnightly attendance records summaries for Timekeeping and serve as a point of contact for attendance-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials and equipment needed for training sessions.
  • Manage training logistics, including requisitioning, procuring, inventorying, safekeeping, and delivering necessary resources.
  • Organize, reproduce, file, and safely store training records and hard documents.
