Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Admin Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing messenger schedules and approving expenses.
  • Facilitating monthly meetings with messengers.
  • Monitoring and preparing office supply requisitions.
  • Managing fixed assets inventory and tagging new equipment.
  • Processing business card requests.
  • Preparing phone billing reports and submitting them to payroll.
  • Collecting vehicle receipts and submitting Shell billing to accounting.
  • Maintaining office equipment and cleanliness.
  • Managing office keys and locker assignments.
  • Monitoring CCTV project activities and expenses.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A graduate degree in any 4-year course.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative functions.
  • Consideration for fresh graduates with exemplary records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
