Operational Manager Position

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team, ensuring that goals and targets are met. The operational manager will be the primary point of contact for issue resolution and will work closely with internal and external groups to drive program initiatives.

  • Serve as the key contact for daily operations, including issue resolution and meeting goals and targets.
  • Conduct performance reviews and participate in performance management initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison for internal and external groups for program initiatives.
  • Contribute to creating, launching, and driving critical account initiatives and programs.
  • Provide input to policies and processes impacting operations.
  • Manage a team of professionals to ensure operational activities meet/exceed goals and metrics.
  • Coordinate staffing requirements and scheduling of agents considering leaves, absences, and attrition.
  • Arrange schedules to meet service metrics, handling forecast and call spikes efficiently.
  • Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of direct reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS); 5 years of related experience in a call center environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
