Property Operations Director

We seek an accomplished Property Operations Director to oversee day-to-day management of residential and/or commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of junior property managers, ensuring seamless execution of best practices
- Manage tenant communications, lease renewals, and resolution of escalated issues professionally
- Cooperate with the on-site team for leasing activities, including advertising, applicant screening, and lease agreement drafting
- Ensure compliance with lease terms, investigate violations, and address tenant disputes effectively
- Supervise vendor coordination for maintenance repairs and upgrades, and collaborate with the on-site manager for larger renovation projects
- Develop strategic partnerships for property marketing initiatives and operational enhancements
- Monitor properties' financial performance, including budget creation, actuals tracking, and maximizing financial outcomes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Distinguished background in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management
- Prior experience managing or leading a property management team
- Proficiency with industry-standard property management software
- Able to work in US time zones
