We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to drive our business forward.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the Workforce Management, Training & Quality and Delivery Excellence Teams.

This role requires a strong understanding of business operations, corporate functions and general management skills.

A proven track record of driving transformational programs, optimizing operations with controls, compliance, risk mitigation, efficiency and automation is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strategic and global mindset with excellent judgment at a complex organizational level.
  • Proven ability to affect change internally and externally at multiple levels.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and gravitas to interact and manage expectations with senior leaders, stakeholders and management.
  • Demonstrated people manager skills and ability to connect, engage, motivate, coach and represent the cultural values of the organization.
