
Senior Call Center Director

The Senior Call Center Director will oversee a team of supervisors by providing strategic guidance, support and career development.
Key Responsibilities- Implement directives from leadership and drive improvements in processes and technology.
- Lead, coach and develop call center supervisors to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Training, Finance and Quality.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-8 years of call center experience, with 2-3 years in a supervisory or directorial role. A strong understanding of call center operations, metrics and tools is essential.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a focus on business or management.
- Proven success in leading and motivating teams, driving results and improving performance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
The Senior Call Center Director must be able to manage multiple priorities, adapt to fast-paced changing environments and demonstrate credibility, integrity and ability to influence at all levels.
