Role Overview:

The Email Solutions Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through expert guidance on email marketing, transactional messaging, and deliverability optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using leading platforms.
  • Provide expert guidance on email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and IP management.
  • Troubleshoot email-related issues, working with both customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
  • Educate customers on email compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.
  • Create and manage visual email automation workflows within chosen email platforms, as well as in Google Slides or any other collaborative tool.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption and success.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in email operations, deliverability, or a related role at a SaaS company or digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and sender reputation.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.
  • Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues and working with ISPs or anti-spam services.
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
