Job Opportunity

We are seeking an entry-level professional to join our team as a deliverability specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex delivery challenges and improve sending reputations.

This role involves working closely with clients to identify and solve email deliverability issues, while providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

  • Research and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in email deliverability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to resolve delivery challenges and improve sending reputations.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide guidance and support in improving email deliverability.
Requirements
  • 1+ year experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with 3rd party email deliverability tools (Mailgun, MXToolbox, etc.).
  • A basic understanding of authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
