This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Email Marketing Expert.
As an Email Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for assisting clients with setting up and optimizing email campaigns, providing guidance on best practices, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with product and development teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting up and optimizing email campaigns for clients.
- Providing guidance on email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management and IP management.
- Troubleshooting email-related issues and educating customers on email compliance standards.
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience in email operations or a related role at a SaaS company or digital agency.
- Understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols, and sender reputation.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.
- Knowledge of email compliance regulations.
Preferred skills (nice to have):
- Experience with email analytics tools and monitoring platforms.
- Familiarity with API integrations related to email services.
