Deliverability Specialist

Are you passionate about solving email delivery challenges and driving revenue growth for businesses?

As a Deliverability Specialist, you will play a critical role in researching and resolving complex email deliverability issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve email metrics and sender reputation.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify root causes of email delivery issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to assist heroes with blocklists, spam traps, and ISP-related issues.
  • Develop and implement schedules for email warm-up campaigns and monitor progress.
  • Monitor hero email metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sending reputation.
Attributes for Success:
  • 1+ years experience in a customer-facing team or similar environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to query datasets, examine third-party insights, and run experiments.
  • Familiarity with third-party email deliverability tools (Mailgun, MXToolbox, etc.) and authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Understanding of global privacy and anti-spam laws (GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • Excellent empathy and passion for driving revenue growth and improving customer outcomes.
