Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional professional to provide top-notch technical support to our global customer base. As a Global Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while answering complex technical queries.

This role requires a high level of expertise in all aspects of our services, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. You will work closely with our development team to ensure timely resolution of incidents and updates to our knowledge base.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong rapport with customers. A strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are also essential.

Main Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support via email and phone to customers worldwide.
  • Incident Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge Base: Update internal and customer-facing knowledge base with new support articles, videos, and training materials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure timely incident resolution and SLA adherence.
