About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Solutions Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and building innovative solutions to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team by providing expert-level technical guidance and assistance with integrating various systems and tools.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales Operations to onboard new accounts and sales representatives, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties.

  • Develop and implement new technical solutions to enhance sales processes and workflows.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot lead flow issues, CRM integrations, and other technical problems that may arise.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry, applying this knowledge to improve sales outcomes and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven expertise in Zapier, CRMs, and automation software.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

  • Familiarity with CRM configuration and data management.
