Strategic Solutions Designer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and delivering tailored, scalable, and secure solutions that align with client needs across the APJ region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to provide strategic guidance on implementing effective solutions.
  • Offer expert advice on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities.
  • Support sales teams by addressing technical questions and presenting solution presentations.
  • Develop and deliver product demos and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing the capabilities of Degreed's solutions.
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify and qualify new business opportunities, providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assist in creating use cases, statements of work, and RFP responses.
  • Partner with marketing, engineering, and client experience teams to ensure seamless product delivery and long-term client success.
  • Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements for existing systems and processes.
  • Ensure solutions meet industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture.
  • Proven experience with cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols.
  • Ability to engage with clients and lead technical discussions.
  • Prior experience in HCM or L&D solutions is an asset.
