Role Overview

This position involves working as a technical expert, providing strategic support to sales teams and communicating effectively with customers.

  • Engage in functional discussions with customers, understanding their requirements and pain points.
  • Design and present solutions that demonstrate product value, addressing customer needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Conducting needs assessments and solution-finding sessions for customers with varying levels of complexity.
  • Providing technical expertise to Sales and Customer Success teams, supporting them in achieving revenue goals.
  • Developing and delivering impactful product demonstrations, tailored to specific audiences, verticals, and customer needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of our product suite, including front-end and back-end functionality.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical product functional issues, sales processes, and propose solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
