
Sales Enablement Specialist

This fast-paced opportunity combines technical administration and sales enablement to drive growth within a sales team.
You will collaborate closely with a Director of Sales Operations to oversee the tech stack, handle technical tasks, and set up new accounts and sales representatives for success.
Main Responsibilities- Support sales team growth by handling tech-stack related tasks
- Assist the Director of Sales Operations with onboarding and setting up new accounts and sales reps
- Implement and set up new tech stack, systems, and processes
- Create and manage technical integrations using Zapier
- Build out automations and workflows in the CRM
- Create new reports and dashboards in the CRM
- Troubleshoot lead flow issues, CRM integrations issues, or any other technical issues
You will be responsible for ensuring all new sales reps are set up correctly from a tech stack perspective before they go live to take first calls.
You will also take full ownership of all Oncehub activity, including creating new master page booking links, managing resource pools, and keeping OnceHub links and pathways documents up-to-date and accurate at all times.
Requirements- Proven ability to build zaps in Zapier
- Familiarity with CRMs and automation tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
