Healthcare Sales Professional Opportunity

As a key contributor to our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving outreach to healthcare professionals, identifying new leads, and nurturing existing relationships. This critical position requires exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced sales team focused on improving patient outcomes through innovative medical devices for sleep apnea. You will work closely with partners, physicians, ENT specialists, and medical equipment distributors to expand adoption and prescription of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily outreach to healthcare professionals via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
  • Research and identify new prescriber targets, such as finding all doctors within a given health system
  • Personalize communications to maximize engagement and response rates
  • Log all outreach activity and status updates in CRM software

Account Management & Follow-Up

  • Monitor assigned accounts for new prescription activity and follow up with providers
  • Ensure consistent, multi-touch engagement with both new and existing prescribers
  • Manage relationships with B2B equipment distributors for bulk orders and discounts
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in healthcare sales, provider outreach, or a similar SDR/account management role
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with U.S. healthcare professionals
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs and outreach tools, such as Salesforce and LinkedIn
