
Revenue Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for optimizing operations across Sales and Marketing teams. The specialist will manage Salesforce setup and optimization, marketing technology stack ownership, and serve as the primary administrator for both Salesforce and Hubspot.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM and Hubspot marketing automation platform. Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations with a strong understanding of both Sales and Marketing processes is required.
This role requires excellent analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from various systems. A solid understanding of marketing technologies, sales technologies, and data integration is also necessary.
The specialist will work closely with GTM leadership, Product, Customer Success, and Finance teams to align on strategy and enablement initiatives. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Salesforce setup and customization
- Own and manage marketing technology stack, including Hubspot
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize capabilities of both platforms
- Analyze data to identify trends and inform data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategy and enablement initiatives
