
Executive Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, high attention to detail, and discretion with sensitive information.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and appointment scheduling.
- Managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and organizing virtual appointments across departments.
- Drafting, proofreading, and preparing reports, notices, letters, and other internal documents.
- Responding to internal emails and handling client inquiries or forwarding them to appropriate parties.
- Maintaining accurate digital records and organizing files within cloud storage systems.
- Supporting Operations and Property Management teams in task follow-ups and project tracking.
- Assisting with creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal training documentation.
- Inputting data into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or property management platforms.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Administrative Assistant will also provide support for ad-hoc research and reporting needs, cover administrative gaps during leaves or peak periods, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and provide support for special projects or initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure. They will also be tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and productivity tools.
As a key member of our team, the Administrative Assistant will be expected to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. They will also be required to demonstrate excellent customer service orientation, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
