Job Title: Senior Support Professional

This is a part-time role that will scale to full-time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage and reply to emails on behalf of the founder or executive.
  • Manage scheduling, calendar invites, and meeting prep efficiently.
  • Prepare daily and weekly to-do summaries or meeting agendas for stakeholders.
Light Operations & Finance:
  • Track recurring subscriptions and operational costs accurately.
  • Support basic finance administration (upload documents for accountants).
  • Manage logistics for travel or events when required.
Team & Task Management:
  • Upload and organize client documents into digital portals.
  • Help maintain project trackers (e.g. lead tracker, swipe files, deadlines).
  • Flag team or client follow-ups that need attention promptly.
Systems & Support:
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose systems or automations.
  • Maintain standard operating procedure libraries.
  • Support executives on light marketing tasks like content scheduling or social media engagement.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a bachelor's degree, and be tech-savvy with tools like Notion, Gmail, GDrive, Slack, Xero, Zapier, Hubspot.
