Operations Director - Logistics and Supply Chain

Manage daily hub operations to ensure seamless and efficient functioning.

  • Ensure adherence to established procedures, policies, and regulations in the logistics industry.
  • Lead team briefings, conduct weekly staff meetings, and regularly assess team performance metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for key performance indicators (KPIs) in the supply chain.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency in the hub.
  • Support the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with agency coordinators to manage and support agency teams in achieving operational excellence.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field such as business administration, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven leadership experience in a division or team within a warehouse or hub environment.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the Supply Chain & Logistics Industry.
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfilment is a significant advantage.
