Loan Processing Specialist

As a key contributor to our organisation's success, the Mortgage Loan Processor plays a vital role in supporting brokers to achieve settlement targets.
- Lodge new applications with lenders and follow through to approval & settlement
- Communicate with clients, keeping them updated on progress
- Organise valuations with lenders
- Book and organise settlements with clients, solicitors, and lenders
- Ensure all settled files are compliant
- Keep the application tracker within the CRM updated
- Monitor commission payments
- Manage diary and email efficiently
- Support the broker to achieve settlement targets
- Enter data into loan processing software
- Prepare Compliance Documentation for proposed loans
This position requires stable internet access with at least 50MBPS speed and an own computer.
Key requirements include:
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Australian loan processing is essential. Experience with Australian mortgage CRM systems and aggregator platforms is also required.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are vital for interacting with clients, brokers, and other parties. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, loan processing software, and potentially banking computer software is necessary. Meticulousness in reviewing documents and ensuring accuracy is essential. The ability to provide excellent customer service is crucial. Effective time management skills are needed to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
