We're looking for a Loan Processing Officer who can manage the end-to-end processing of real estate and home loan applications along with ROPOAs. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in coordinating with banks and internal teams, preparing loan documents, and handling title transfer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process home or real estate loan applications based on internal and bank policies

· Coordinate with banks, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing

· Assist in preparing loan documents and computations

· Handle title transfer requirements (BIR, Registry of Deeds, etc.)

· Monitor and respond to client inquiries through email, calls, or chat

· Track loan accounts and prepare regular status reports

· Support basic ROPOA documentation if needed

Qualifications:

· Graduate of any business-related or finance-related course

· With 2 to 4 years experience in loan processing, documentation, or real estate admin

· exposure to ROPOA handling and title transfers is required

· Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in coordinating with multiple departments

· Familiarity with ERP systems or credit verification platforms is a plus
