Job Description

As a Senior Mortgage Broker Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting mortgage brokers by handling the end-to-end loan processing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

You will be responsible for loan preparation, documentation management, and liaising with lenders and clients to help drive successful mortgage outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Application Preparation: Assist brokers with loan application preparation, submission, and follow-up.
  • Documentation Management: Collect, verify, and manage required documentation from clients.
  • Lender Liaison: Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure timely loan processing.
  • Client Communication: Provide updates to all stakeholders and maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mortgage Broking Experience: Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker Assistant (senior level preferred), with at least 5 years of experience in the field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, lender requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously.
