Loan Processing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Loan Processing Specialist to join our lending team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing initial loan applications for accuracy and completeness, gathering and verifying financial documentation, and preparing loan packages for underwriting approval.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Review loan applications for accuracy and completeness.
- Gather and verify financial documentation.
- Prepare loan packages for underwriting approval.
- Cordinate with loan officers, clients, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure all required documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in loan origination systems (LOS).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
