Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Loan Processing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end loan processing, from verifying applications to ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The Loan Processing Specialist will utilize CRM tools and web-based systems to track loan applications, update statuses, and maintain borrower records. Additionally, they will review, verify, and process loan application documents submitted through digital channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilize CRM tools and web-based systems to track loan applications, update statuses, and maintain borrower records
  • Review, verify, and process loan application documents submitted through digital channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of application data
  • Perform audits of loan documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
  • Generate and send digital communications to clients regarding loan status updates and required documentation
  • Extract and interpret data from loan systems, web analytics, and reports for internal use

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 6 months of home/mortgage loan processing experience in the Australian market
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as ApplyOnline or AOL, Simpology, and loan origination platforms
  • Strong data entry, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with loan documentation and compliance standards
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
