Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end loan processing, from verifying applications to ensuring compliance with Australian lending standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and experience working with CRM systems, loan origination platforms, and digital tools. They will also possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize CRM tools and web-based systems to track loan applications, update statuses, and maintain borrower records
  • Review, verify, and process loan application documents submitted through digital channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of application data
  • Perform audits of loan documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
  • Generate and send digital communications to clients regarding loan status updates and required documentation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 months of home/mortgage loan processing experience in the Australian market
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as ApplyOnline or AOL, Simpology, and loan origination platforms
  • Strong data entry, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with loan documentation and compliance standards
