Job Description

We seek talented individuals to deliver world-class support as Content Moderators. This position involves providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. As a Content Moderator, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that every interaction is professional, respectful, and empathetic.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently.

  • Routing calls to the right resources when necessary and documenting all customer interaction information according to standard operating procedures.
