Job Title: Bank Service Representative

The Bank Service Representative provides exceptional customer service by handling banking transactions and addressing client needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process various banking transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and payments
  • Assist clients with bank documents and other services
  • Verify the authenticity of checks and currency received
  • Cross-sell bank products to existing clients
  • Refer clients to other bank services or products
  • Provide a positive customer experience at all times

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably business-related
  • No prior work experience required, but customer service skills are an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of initiative and innovation
  • Able to interact with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds
  • Willling to be assigned to any branch within Las Pinas City
