Email Marketing and CRM Expert

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing & CRM Specialist to drive our customer engagement strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and enhance the overall customer experience.

This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive email marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to inform future initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital customer behavior, strong copywriting skills, and experience working with CRM systems like Klaviyo or Netcore.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Create compelling content that resonates with our audience, driving conversions and loyalty.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our email marketing strategy.
The Successful Candidate

We're looking for a talented Email Marketing & CRM Specialist who possesses:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance-based email marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-performing email campaigns and exceeding targets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
