We are seeking a seasoned Power BI Specialist to join our team and play a key role in delivering business intelligence solutions that drive growth, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experiences. As a Power BI Specialist, you will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement data visualization strategies that meet business needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional BI solutions.
  • Integrate data from various sources, including SQL databases, Excel files, APIs, and cloud services, to create robust and reliable data models.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
  • Provide training and support to users on Power BI tools and self-service capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new features in Power BI and related technologies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 2+ years of experience working with Power BI in a data analysis or business intelligence capacity.
  • Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
  • Strong experience working with SQL and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance best practices.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.
