Email Marketing Specialist

As a seasoned Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic email campaigns that drive engagement, foster customer loyalty, and elevate our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement targeted email campaigns to support brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion goals.
  • Craft compelling content and design visually appealing email templates tailored to specific target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using email analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing future campaigns accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the team to align messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints, ensuring seamless integration and cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Stay abreast of the latest email marketing best practices, tools, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing email campaigns, with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with leading email marketing platforms (such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a knack for creating engaging, high-quality content.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with a creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
Tech Requirements:
  • Stable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps, LAN required)
  • Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
