Position Title: Sales and Appointment Scheduling Specialist
Work Setup:As a Sales and Appointment Scheduling Specialist at Dynamic Offshore Pty Ltd, you will be working from our office.
Remuneration:The remuneration package for this role includes a salary of Php 30,000.00 – Php 35,000.00 per month.
Working Hours:Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM QLD Time or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PH Time.
Holidays:We observe all Gold Coast, QLD public holidays.
Your Responsibilities as Sales and Appointment Scheduling Specialist would be:Familiarizing with Products and Services:
As a Sales and Appointment Scheduling Specialist, it is essential that you familiarize yourself with the essential details of our products and services.
Customer Engagement:
Responsibilities include responding to inbound calls, conducting outbound calls to prospective clients using a list of provided phone numbers, fielding basic questions and concerns about the offered products and services, scheduling consultations between the prospective client and sales team as required, and keeping a detailed log of calls for records.
Team Collaboration:
You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and appointment scheduling.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the sales team such as making reports, system updates, document organization, rearranging schedules, etc.
Staying Updated:
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to better understand the target market.
Qualifications as a Sales and Appointment Scheduling Specialist:Education:A graduate of any Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience:
Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar role in a similar industry.
Skills and Qualities:
- Excellent Communication – both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
- Experience in making outbound calls and engaging in persuasive conversations with prospects.
- Excellent phone etiquette skills and courteous disposition.
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- Hands-on experience in data entry using MS Office, CRM, or other similar software.
