Role Overview

This role is responsible for managing fraud alerts and conducting surveillance monitoring on social media and other online channels for suspicious posts involving illegal, unlawful, or unauthorized use of East West Banking Corporation (EWB) and KOMO digital accounts.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to interpret and analyze data and metrics. S/He will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fraud Alerts Case Management:
  • Collaborate with team members to discuss fraud trends and identify patterns that can be used as alerts for the fraud detection system.
  • Prepare detailed reports and collate required documents for endorsement of cases to Enterprise Fraud.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Banking Regulations, Fraud Investigation, Fraud Detection, Case Management, and Data Analytics.
  • At least one year of previous experience in the banking industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
