Job Responsibilities

The Employee Relations Specialist at Intelassist is responsible for maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This includes managing employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing HR policies.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of employment law and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations concerns, addressing grievances and workplace disputes professionally.
  2. Conduct investigations into employee complaints, disciplinary actions, and workplace misconduct.
  3. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and workplace regulations.
  4. Assist in handling disciplinary actions, terminations, and performance improvement plans.
  5. Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and ensure proper documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee relations or a related HR role.
  3. Experience working with labor unions and regulatory bodies (DOLE/NLRC preferred).
  4. Extensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  7. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Can work on a Night Shift.
