As part of this initiative, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Researcher to lead research on case development and prosecution, focusing on interagency coordination and cooperation.

Key Deliverables

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the following:

  1. A comprehensive report outlining the baseline metrics for case build-up and prosecution by the Department of Justice, including comparisons to existing standards under Department Circular No. 20 s. 2023.
  2. A monitoring tool designed for field research, as authorized by the Department of Justice.
  3. Actionable recommendations to the Department of Justice based on research findings.
